      REFUND POLICY AND RETURNS

      OUR POLICY

      Home.X will gladly exchange or refund qualified items purchased up to 30 days after the purchase date with an original receipt. Items must be in their original state: unwashed, unworn, unaltered and must have all tickets attached. Not applicable on final sale items.

      Returned merchandise that was originally paid for by alternate tenders (i.e. Gift Certificates etc.) other credit card will receive an exchange or refund in the form of a credit Gift Card. Cash will not be issued.

      All returns and price adjustments are subject to validation and approval at Home.X discretion.

      To protect our customers from fraudulent activity, Home.X reserves the right to request valid photo ID for the purposes of validating customer information when processing a return or exchange.

      REFUNDS FOR ORDERS PLACED WITH CREDIT CARD or GIFT CARD

      For refunds or price adjustments, we only credit the original method of payment used to make the purchase. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

      Note: Purchases made with a Home.X Gift Card will be processed on a new gift card.

      Credit Card: Refund will immediately be sent to the issuing bank for processing. Generally, this can take up to 7 business days, depending on the banking institution.

      Bblüv’s Gift Card: Refund will be processed on a new Home.X Gift Card. (Note: Processing time for Gift Card can take up to 7 business days).

      HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

      Return by mail: Purchases made on Home.X AU and shipped to you can be mailed back to us for return or exchange.

      Returns or Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of received shipment. When returning multiple orders, to ensure your return is processed correctly, items from each order must be shipped separately and cannot be shipped in the same box.

      To return your order by mail you must include a printout of the following information in your package. If you cannot print your return details, clearly write out your information on a sheet of paper. Without this information, your package will be mailed back to you:

      1. First & Last Name
      2. Order Number
      3. Phone Number
      4. Email Address (used to place your order)

      Please pack and seal your return securely using an insured carrier service. Your shipment must be sent prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

      HOW TO RETURN A GIFT

      With Original Receipt: Returns made with the original receipt will be refunded to the original method of payment. To obtain an original receipt for online orders please visit bbluv.ca and login to your account.

      All our products have a 90-day warranty against defects in both materials and workmanship, and our promise to offer you the best service possible. All you have to do is write us an e-mail at info@ozhomex.com.au, with receipt attached, or call us at 0450845348. We highly recommend you register your product first, in the event of a recall or safety alert.

       

      Warranty exceptions

      The warranty does not cover:
      • Damages caused by normal wear and tear
      • Defects resulting from repair or alteration of the product (except if made by bblüv Group.)
      • Defects resulting from improper use, including any use or care not in accordance with the product instructions
      • Defects resulting from improper storage, such as outdoors or in damp environments
      • Products that are re-sold, given away, or in any other case where you are not the first and original owner
      • Products without receipt or proof of purchase
      • Products that are not purchased through an authorized retailer

       

      How long until I get a response on my warranty claim?

      Upon reception of your e-mail, which must include your name, complete address, phone number, product name, lot number, a copy of your proof of purchase and a description of the defect (including pictures), our Customer Service team will answer within 7-10 business days.
      After a complete analysis of the situation/product defect, a credit, refund or replacement will be issued within 3-5 business days. Depending on the product and shipping address, it may take additional 2-15 business days to receive your replacement.
